New Community Partnership with Think Pink Foundation18-Apr-2017
Club 3004 is proud to announce its very first Community Partnership with breast cancer support organisation, Think Pink Foundation of St.Kilda Rd.
The Think Pink Foundation
There are many different breast cancer charities and not-for-profit organisations associated with the breast cancer cause, each addressing worthwhile, but very different aspects of the issue. The Think Pink Foundation is an independent, volunteer based charity that dedicates its efforts and the funds it raises to provide practical support for women diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Club 3004 is committed to working with The Think Pink Foundation to create connections, raise awareness and assist in raising funds for the great work that The Living Centre does that is conveniently located on St Kilda Road – one of our neighbours.
Statistically, one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime.
“We are excited and feel privileged to be selected as a Community Partner of Club 3004 and look forward to together raising awareness, increasing networks and securing new mutually beneficial partnerships” Cathy Ashton, Partnerships & Events Manager, Think Pink Foundation said today.
Organiser of Club3004, Craig Reardon is delighted to have Think Pink on board.
"We've been open to the notion of a Community Partner for some time now and given their wonderful work with breast cancer patients, their previous support of Club 3004 and also location on St.Kilda Road, they really ticked all the boxes for us.
"We are delighted to be partnering with them for the next 12 months and assisting their various breast cancer support programs wherever possible."
